I love books and music.
And above all, I love Nature and all its beauties.
I love how potato in French is pomme de terre, which pretty much means “earth apple.”
like what stupid frenchman saw this:
and said “zis petite légume looks like a, how you say, APPLE! hmmm… but it grows in ze earth… HON HON HON! MAIS OUI! C’EST UNE POMME DE TERRE!”
j’adore comment ananas se dit pineapple en anglais, ce qui veut littéralement dire “pomme de pin”, genre quel type anglais a vu ça:
et s’est dit : “ow cette étrange big fruit ressemble à une, how do you say, POMME! hmmm… mais plutôt une pomme qui pousse dans les pins… HU HU HU! OH YES, IT’S A PINEAPPLE!”
(z’avez vu, on peut le faire aussi… hon hon hon!)
and the language war goes on…
(actually since I speak both languages I can’t decide which of these is the funniest) (because let’s be honest: both are hilarious)
Here is Act 2 of The Secret of Sherlock Holmes. I reduced the majority of ambient static using Goldwave 6 beta version so that their performances are far more discernible. The original tapes were very basic, made with a handheld tape recorder. This is so far the only known recording of their performance.
Anyone who has professional sound studio access can probably do even more; I only applied a few filters and tweaked a few waveforms. This at least gives you the chance to really enjoy them.

I do like the idea of wearing a uniform at college, but why has it got to be all black? If it were a bit more colourful I might consider wearing it. (Like Hogwarts’s uniform, you know? With a tie or a pullover or something with coulour. Maybe a different colour for each campus, idk) Unfortunately it has no colour at all. So I’ll never wear it.
oh and I forgot to mention that who wants to wear uniform must participate in the praxis, which only helps me decide
